Jennifer Wyatt is the Executive Director and co-founder of TIPES, Canada. As Executive Director, Jennifer takes a lead role in community relations and corporate sponsorship development. Jennifer also specializes in assessing children with Autism and additional exceptionalities and developing appropriate programs designed to facilitate learning.
Jennifer has an Honours degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa, focusing on Neuroscience and Rehabilitation, with a minor in Psychology. She has a Master’s Degree in Psychology and Counseling, from Yorkville University. She has completed post-graduate work in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Pennsylvania State University and Nova Southeastern University. Jennifer was supervised by Cherish Twigg, BCBA of Establishing Operations and works closely with Dr. Jeff Sherman, Clinical Psychologist.
Jennifer’s contribution to her local community has been widely acknowledged. As co-founder of TIPES, she has been a finalist for both Citizen of the Year and Community Support /Non-Profit Organization Business Choice Awards for 2010 and 2011. In 2012, she was recognized by Ottawa Life Magazine as the Number One of the Top 25 People in the Capital. In 2018 Jennifer was recognized by the Rotary Club of West Ottawa for outstanding service to families and communities.
Jennifer’s mission is to offer educational and social integration services for children with Autism and/or additional exceptionalities to the Ottawa community.
