April 26th, 2011: The Kanata Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament for TIPES
TIPES would like to thank the Kanata Chamber of Commerce for their amazing support at the Golf tournament. The Kanata Chamber made a donation of $4912.50 to TIPES. The cheque was presented to TIPES on May 17th at the Non profit breakfast. Deborah and Jennifer would like to personally thank the community for their overwhelming support.
April 22nd, 2011: Autism Awareness at Carlingwood Mall
TIPES was at Carlingwood Mall over the Easter weekend. The purpose was to increase Autism Awareness and to fundraise for TIPES.
TIPES would like to thank all the volunteers that helped make the weekend a huge succcess. TIPES was able to raise $1000 to be used towards therapy.

January 16th, 2011: Ottawa 67′s fundraiser was a success!!
TIPES would like to thank the Ottawa 67′s for allowing us to raise money at the game on Friday January 14th, 2011.
The children of TIPES had a great time! A thank you also goes out to Giant Tiger for donating hockey tickets to the children and youth at TIPES.
January 16th, 2011: Kanata Chamber of Commerce After Hours

January 11th, 2011: Peoples Choice Business Awards- Kanata Chamber of Commerce
TIPES would like to thank the community for their support in nominating TIPES for the “Best Non-Profit” as well as the ” Citizen of the Year” award categories . TIPES recieved a plaque at the award show for being a finalist in the “Best Non Profit category”. TIPES would like to thank everyone who voted for us. A special thank you goes to The High Commissioner to New Zealand, Andrew Needs for coming to the event to support TIPES.

TIPES is happy to announce that we successfully qualified as finalists in both categories. We received two plaques in recognition of our nomination.

TIPES is proud to announce that we have received a generous TRILLIUM GRANT for 2010. The grant will help to provide professional training to our staff members.
